We have a 30 day warranty / return policy.
Our goal is to have satisfied customers that would return to us because of the quality of our products as well as our outstanding service.
If you experience a problem with a purchase you made from us, contact us and we will do out best to resolve the issue.
We may be able to assist you with installation or configuration, over the phone with one of our experienced technicians.
Although all of our tape drives, autoloaders and libraries are full tested and meticulously refurbished, product failure can occur.
If you receive a product that is DOA or the item fails in the 30 day warranty period, you can:
- If you receive a product that fails during the 30 day warranty period, send the drive in for servicing. MidWest Technical will either repair or replace the failed unit. If we are unable to repair the unit or we don't have another unit in stock, you will receive a full refund on your purchase price. If we can repair the unit or have a replacement in stock and you do not wish to have it repaired or replaced, we will refund your purchase price ( minus 20% restocking fee ) Buyer pays shipping costs to MidWest Technical. Warranty service or replacement return shipping to you is paid by MidWest Technical
If you have purchased a product and you discover that you ordered the wrong item; wrong interface, wrong form factor, etc.
- You can return the product for a partial refund.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply if the item you purchased is just returned, but our tests deem it to be fully functional as intended.
- Buyer pays all shipping cost to return to MidWest Technical.
If at any time you have to return an item purchased from MidWest Technical Sales, Inc. Please contact us to receive an RMA number to accompany your return.
